1. Service and operator

NARDIKA is a browser game offering classic and long backgammon. Operator: Kostyantyn Murashkin, Ukraine. Support: m2359k@gmail.com.

The current version has no real-money wagers, cash prizes or monetary balance top-ups. It is intended for entertainment.

Game coins

Each account receives 1000 free game coins once. Coins cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, exchanged for money or transferred outside game settlement. They are not a monetary balance. Guest and local games work without coins.

An online game between two verified accounts starts with 10 coins from each player and a pot of 20. The winner receives the pot minus a 10% system fee. An accepted double doubles both players’ stakes and requires sufficient free balances. Declining a double ends the game at the previous stake.

Cancelling before the first roll refunds reserved coins. Leaving a coin match after play has started counts as resignation: the opponent receives the pot minus the fee. Expiry of the playing timer or doubling-decision timer also results in a loss. Gammons and backgammons affect match points; the coin pot is determined by accepted stakes and doubles.

2. Guest play and accounts

You can play against the computer, on one device or with a friend by link without registration. Accounts provide profiles and saved online match history. Random opponents require a verified account; matching uses the game variant and a universal 20/60 timer. Ratings are not yet available.

Use an email you control. Do not share passwords, reset links or guest tokens. Do not impersonate others. Follow requirements applicable to you; obtain a legal guardian’s permission when necessary.

Invitations are meant for your chosen opponent. Do not publish a link unless you want someone else to take the open seat. Losing guest browser storage may remove access; account-linked seats are available through your account.

3. Moves, time and results

For online games, the server determines rolls, validates actions, controls time and saves confirmed state. Dice animation does not determine results. Opponents can see tentative moves and undo actions; the final turn is committed on confirmation.

Players choose turn time and a time reserve before an invitation game. The reserve does not reset each turn; once exhausted, the server records a loss. A doubling decision has a 20-second deadline; no answer within that time results in a loss.

Timers continue during disconnection or when you leave the page. Reconnecting restores saved server state, not time already spent. Doubling and win values follow the selected game variant.

4. Fair play

Do not interfere with the service, access another player’s seat or falsify game commands. Do not automate cheating, excessive server load or manipulated results. The built-in computer opponent is intended for local play.

The service may limit request frequency and connections. Abuse may result in access restrictions. Contact support if a restriction appears incorrect.

5. Availability and saved data

The service is developing and may have updates, outages or errors. Uninterrupted access and recovery in every circumstance are not guaranteed. Report technical issues with the game and actions involved; do not send passwords or secret links.

Account statistics use saved online events. Local games against the computer or on one device are not included. Report suspected result or history errors to the operator for review.

6. Data and ending use

Personal data processing is explained in the privacy policy. For account questions, data copies and deletion requests, contact m2359k@gmail.com. You must verify control of the account.

You may end a match, sign out and stop using the service. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your NARDIKA profile.

7. Changes and applicable rights

Changes to these terms are published here with a new revision date. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact the operator with questions.
